YOGA!

My EVITA friends have been going to yoga for a couple of weeks now. They rave on how much they love it. They keep asking me to go with them and I always found an excuse to not go but today I decided I should try it. I went and I FREAKIN' loved it. I really want to work on my flexability and this is going to be a good way to do that. This type of yoga is called Vinyasa. Where the room is really hot up to 98 degrees and you move through many yoga poses in an hour. Its great. I sweated so MUCH! Have I ever mentioned that I love to sweat so this is awesome. I can't wait to go more.

Cast List

So As soon I was done with rehearsals I get an email from West Side Story about rehearsals that start May 2nd. That I won't be at casue I am still here in Denver until May 24th. They sent me the cast list and then it hit me. I am doing this! My brain was so wrapped up in Evita that I didn't really believe or accepted that I was going on this European Tour. Now that my stress of rehearsals and stuff are over for Evita I can focus on leaving for West Side. I guess I should start memorizing my CHINO lines. It shouldn't be that hard because he doesn't have to many lines ;) But now new stresses start. Will my cast be as cool as my Evita Cast? Will I have a good time? Will I have a good roommate. Will I be able to enjoy this touring life? Ha ha ha! I'm a freak. I need to not worry. I am sure its going to be GREAT!

Brooke, Andrew and I went to this really neat Southern Restaurant in Denver on our day off for Brunch. It was DELICIOUS! I want to go to there again!

Introducting My New Camera: EVA!

I got a new camera. My old one broke and I can't miss out on documenting my experiences on the road. Here she is! I shall call her: EVA. In accordance of my time here in Denver doing EVITA. I love her so far!

I am TIRED!

We have been rehearsing non-stop since I got here with one day off. Today is our second 10 out of 12 which means we work 10 hours of a 12 hour day. I am not complaining just explaining :) My body is sore, my V. Chords are tired, my brain is fried, and its NOT over. Today we have our first paid Pre-view audience. I am excited! We officially open on Tuesday. Oh and its snowing today. Now, that I can complain about. AS*(8D(#*&$Q(*&$Q#(*$&Q#(*! There I let it out!

HAPPY EASTER!

I love you all! I am so grateful for the Gospel and the knowledge I have of the Savior! And here is a silly picture of me dyeing eggs last night with some cast peeps. lol!

A Week Ending in a Celebration

A week has ended and I am exhausted. The first act of EVITA is done. We need alot of cleaning and I need to learn how to do the choreography and sing at the same time. Right now it feels like when you try to pat your head and rub your stomach. Ughh! I hate that feeling. But it will solidify over time.

Anyway, at the end of the week on SUNDAY it was BROOKE'S and MICHELLE'S birthday Michelle is a local that is in the ensemble and Brooke is a New York actor that came out for the show like me. She is also in the ensemble and understudy Eva. She is freakin' hilarious and makes me laugh. So to celebrate a birth and the end of a hard working week we hit the town.

More SNOW in DENVER

The second rehearsal is DONE. WE pretty much have the first really long funeral section of the show done. So far there is a lot of choreography thrown at us and lets not talk about the music and those LATIN lyrics and I am not talking SPANISH. I am talking real LATIN. UGHH! I will get them by opening...hopefully ;)



While in rehearsal it snowed like crazy. Spring is HERE! EASTER is around the corner and there is still SNOW. I am not really mad at it but I really would like some warm weather. I am not going to LIE. I want THE SUN! Lets CALL THE SUN. Who do I have to write? Where can I send the LETTER
